Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your basic details: name, phone, email, city and country.
• Files you upload: your CV and any documents related to your order.
• Order details: the package you choose and your notes.
• Payment data is processed entirely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

How we use your data

We use your data to fulfill your order and contact you about it. We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

If you tick "Send me your offers and new services" when ordering, we send you our own offers by e-mail (and on WhatsApp if you gave us your number); every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that stops them for good. If you do not tick it, you receive no promotional messages at all — only your order's own e-mails (receipt, CV ready, portal sign-in). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link or by messaging us.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with our payment provider to process payment, with the service providers listed in the next section that process data on our behalf and on our instructions, and only where legally required.

Processing outside the Kingdom

To deliver your order, some of your data is processed by service providers outside Saudi Arabia, acting on our behalf: the AI model provider that rewrites your CV and prepares your report (Anthropic, United States — it receives the text of your CV, your order details and your messages to our automated assistants Saud and Noura); our hosting provider for the website, database and e-mail (servers outside the Kingdom); WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there or agree to updates on it; an internal alerting service that notifies our team (your name and a short excerpt of your message); and the analytics and advertising tools named below. We send each provider only what the task needs, and we assess these transfers and their risks in writing, and review that assessment when they change. For details, email info@automation-sa.com.

Retention

We keep your order data and uploaded files for 12 months from the order date, then delete them. You may request earlier deletion.

The career counselor "Noura"

The customer portal includes an automated career counselor. It reads your report, job-hunt preferences or tailored CVs only after your explicit consent inside the portal, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the same place. What it provides is general information from published laws and sources, not legal advice. Session summaries are kept to support follow-ups within the retention period above and are deleted when consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. For any privacy request, email info@automation-sa.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service or with how we handle your personal data, you can complain: in the customer portal open Support and tick "This is a formal complaint", or email info@automation-sa.com with the word "Complaint" in the subject. We record your complaint, acknowledge it within 30 days at the latest (usually much sooner), and then reply with what we found and what we did. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the authority responsible for personal data protection in the Kingdom.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, and we keep a tamper-evident audit trail of every operation that touches your data.

Usage analytics

We may use advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) on the public pages only — never inside the customer portal — to measure our ads: a page view, a submitted request, and a completed payment (amount only, no name or file). You can block them in your browser or with an ad blocker; your order is unaffected.

We may use an analytics tool (Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the public pages of the site are used — anonymized heatmaps and browsing recordings that help us improve the experience. It does not collect card details or passwords, and it does not run inside the customer portal.

Kids Corner

The Kids Corner games (automation-sa.com/games/kids/) need no sign-up, e-mail or phone number, and carry no ads, pixels or third-party analytics. Your child's name and picture passcode stay in your device's browser and never reach us.

To show the player count and the weekly star board, and to learn which games and stages need improving, the browser sends us the result of each round without any name: a random device number created on the device itself, the player's local id (or "guest"), the animal your child picked, the game and stage, the stars or score, how many questions, wrong tries and hints, how long the round took, which badges your child earned, and a round left before the end. We use no cookies for this, and we never link that number to an account, an order or a person. This data is stored with the hosting provider named in "Processing outside the Kingdom".

The weekly star board shows each player only as their animal and a four-letter tag, and starts over every Sunday. We use the IP address only to stop abuse: we keep a keyed, one-way code of it that does not reveal the address, and delete it after two days. Round results are deleted after 12 months, and a whole device once nobody has played on it for 12 months; a player's running totals of stars and rounds, and their badges, stay while they keep playing.

You can erase everything your device has sent at any time: on the Kids Corner page, under "For parents", tap "Erase play record from our servers" (after the grown-up question); we delete it at once and the device starts over with a new number. Questions: info@automation-sa.com.
