Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before we start working on your order, you get a full refund.

Satisfaction guarantee after delivery

If you're not satisfied with the result, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving your delivery. We'll usually start by addressing your feedback with a free revision; if we can't reach a result you're happy with, we'll refund you.

After the window

After 3 days from delivery, or once you've accepted the work, refunds no longer apply, as the service is custom-made specifically for you.

How to request a refund

Email info@automation-sa.com with your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
